KYC/Whitelist registration has closed! Also more info on NEO Wallets!

Dear Community Members：

We just closed our whitelist application at 10am Beijing Time, Jan 13th.

For the most concerned questions, we would like to make the following clarifications:

1. We have completed all the verification of KYC forms. So far, we have 40061 members having their KYC “Passed”, and 1862 members having their KYC “Failed”. Please check your status, reasons of failing are also shown in your file for those Failed KYCs. KYC submission and Failed KYC resubmission will also not be accepted by our email system.

2. After crowdsale, we will provide all investors an option on the KYC form to change your NEO wallet address to receive TKYs if needed. Please note:

1) it must be a valid NEO wallet address;
2) it’s NOT from an exchange.
This is extremely IMPORTANT! If the wallet address is invalid or from exchange, you will lose all your TKYs. THEKEY will not take any responsibility of any loss of TKYs induced by the invalid wallet address provided by you.
3) All emails requesting wallet address change will not be processed now. Please wait for the editing option getting online. This will be announced instantly when it’s ready.

3. An instruction for participating the crowdsale will be released soon. Please pay attention to the announcement in official channels.
