Dear community members,
We are now standing at the point when the Year 2017 is passing by and the Year 2018 is oncoming.
It is a privilege for me to have you as a family through THEKEY in 2017. Especially in the past 56 days we have raised significant number of tokens for THEKEY. In fact, our crowed sale is for sure a huge success before it even ever started. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to everyone for having made this miracle happen. Special thanks are given to the community managers who are now still working around the clock in these holiday seasons. My colleagues and I are deeply touched by your trust behind each and every token contributed.
The glorious time today is however the only very first step of the Long March. In capacity of the CEO of THEKEY it is my duty to caution the community not to be over optimistic. Since we are now doing something nobody has even tried before we are facing challenges in all fronts. In the upcoming year we will experience good time and bad time, up and down. We will also make mistakes here and there. But what I am confident is that we will NOT make any fatal mistake. This is because we do not believe in burble. Burble looks beautiful but it will be burst in the end. What we believe in is honest, transparent and creating real value for the people we serve. Having said that, in 2018 we will,
1. To work with the world leading team, Key Opinion Leaders both in industry and academic institutions, to ensure our MVP delivered in quality and on time.
2. To work with the world leading legal firms in China, Singapore, Switzerland and United States to ensure that every action we take are in compliance with all the applicable laws,
3. To work with the world leading accounting firm to ensure that our financial system is managed in a highly transparent way against the international standard.
4. To work with the world leading PR firm to ensure our voice as the community is heard in the right form and right time so that more and more people will join THEKEY.
Standing at the cross road of year 2017 and 2018 I am looking at the glorious time and difficult time. With your support I am sure that we will make one miracle after another. To you, my dear friends of the community, I am guided by Sir Winston Churchill, “I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat”.
