The time for the crowd sale has finally come.
I hereby announce,
1. The crowd sale will be launched at 10:00 am Beijing time on Jan 15th 2018 (2:00 am Jan 15th 2018 GMT).
2. The total allocation of the crowd sale will be 10,000 Neo.
3. For the crowd sale, the minimum contribution is 1 NEO and the maximum contribution is 10 NEO per person. Only NEO will be accepted during crowd sale as announced before.
4. The conversion rate between NEO and BTC as well as the price of TKY for crowd sale will be announced at 9:00am on Jan 15th Beijing time (1:00 am, Jan 15th GMT). Only whitelisted users are eligible for the crowd sale.
5. A NEO wallet address will be shown on the crowd sale order form. Crowd sale will complete when whichever of the following conditions is met: 1) 24 hours after the crowd sale launch; and 2) the total order amount hits 10,000 NEO.
6. To participate in the crowd sale, you should log in to your account at www.thekey.vip, navigate to orders, place the order and make payment in accordance with the order.
7. Upon completion of the crowd sale, an audit from a qualified accounting firm in Singapore will be conducted. A return option will be offered for up to such number of TKY as exceeding the hard cap if any. The remaining undistributed TKYs of the total offering, if any, will all be burned as promised. The acquired TKY will be distributed to your account subject to the lock up period as per the sale terms and conditions. TKY will be listed on the exchanges within one month after all the above completes.
